About this space - Spacious and exceptional terraced home over 3 floors and a large patio area. - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 1 Office - sleeps up to 6 people. - Centrally located and a short walk to Cambridge’s main sights. - Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi. - Cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops close by in the surrounding area.
The space Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
Enjoy a stylish experience in this beautiful and recently renovated 3 bedroom terraced home, that is furnished with well-thought-out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay in Cambridge.
SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower 2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower Each bedroom features its own built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. The main bathroom with its own bath and shower is next to the 2nd Bedroom. Each bedroom has a bath and hand towels for each guest, and travel-size toiletries are provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap.
CHILLING: Well-appointed and comfortable open-plan living/dining and kitchen area with a flat-screen 43-inch Smart TV to select your favorite Streaming App or Local channel. A large outdoor patio space for outdoor dining and seating for 6 people.
EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances includes an oven, electric hob, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING: Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short-term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short 5 or 10-minute walk away.
OUT AND ABOUT: Situated just off East Road and next to Anglia Ruskin University, Mill Road, and Parkers Piece this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to many world-renowned colleges and attractions. It is a 15-minute walk to Cambridge station and there is a National Express stop 5 minutes away around the corner. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs are nearby and easily accessible by foot.
There is also remote self-check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access Guests have full, exclusive, and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during your stay. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbors - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 250 Mb - Pets are not allowed - Travel Cot is available for hire at a cost of £50. High chair for £30. Please request during booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and place them in the cupboard in the entrance hall. - We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a Tesco Express or Little Waitrose minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Additional rules - Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. - Smoking in the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - No Pets allowed - Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. - Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm. - Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave them in the entrance hall. - Travel Cot is available to hire at a cost of £50. High chair for £30. Please request during booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay. - Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. Please be careful with them. - We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
