Wonderful place and hosts!!! Great space that was spotlessly-maintained with all the creature comforts anyone would need. It was safe and private with an amazing shower and excellent A/C. I give this place my highest recommendation without any reservations.

The guest house worked perfectly for my daughter and me. It was in a good location for our travels and plans. Peaceful, quiet area but easy driving to restaurants, wineries, the tulip festival, Salem, etc.

Fantastic stay!

The property was perfect for our stay. They thought of many details to make it comfortable there. The owner was extremely responsive, and allowed us an early check in and check out, since the property was not booked before or after our stay. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

My dad and my son stayed here for 2 weeks while they were in the area for work. Check in was smooth, the place was clean and any questions they had were promptly responded to. They loved the privacy and quietness of the home. They will definitely be staying here again if it’s available.

6/10 - Razoável

Pontos positivos: Comunicação e localização
Pontos negativos: Limpeza, check-in e precisão do anúncio
The unit was pretty, well decorated and supplied, but not clean. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow, it and the shower needed a good cleaning, the kitchen counter and appliances were dirty with tiny dead flies in the unclean frig. There were moldy bagels and food left in the cabinet. The beautifully advertized patio, flowers sitting area outside the patio door were nothing but weeds, junk & dead grass. The pictures showing a lovley property around the unit was actually very unkept. It was also very unnerving to see small black possible viewing cameras in the corners of each room. They did discount one night which we very much appreciated. We did take photos of all of the above and are happy to share them however we don't know how to upload them. We would appreciate our cleaning & breakage fee refunded.

We traveled from the east coast to visit our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Everything about this booking process and our time there was excellent, and conveniently located close to our son. The grounds were lovely and peaceful, and the place itself was efficient and well designed. I would absolutely consider this my "go to" spot for our next trip. Thanks again, Beth and Roger!

Comfortable Oasis

Nice, comfortable property. We enjoyed both the accessibility to Salem, as well as the well appointed kitchen area for staying in. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. And we enjoyed the beautiful garden and patio area. We will definitely seek this out on a future trip to the area. Thank you!

Exceeded our expectations!

This guesthouse was perfect for us. The location was beautiful and very secluded and safe. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The decor and furnishings are updated and stylish. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were top quality. It was in our top 3 of best VRBO's we've ever stayed at and we've stayed in A LOT. Great communication with the owner and no problems at all. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect getaway spot.

We were looking for a quiet, clean and functional place for our extended weekend stay. This place checked all of the boxes. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and very clean. We especially loved the private drive with gated access. Great freeway access and not far from the ocean or Portland. The owners were very helpful and worked with us via messages on all we needed.

Jim and Judy

Very cute and up to date. The view out the sliding doors was not the best Had trouble with the Roku on the big TV not working properly. Also had some ant issues, as everyone here does. Over all very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable decorated nicely. Higher priced than some vrbo's in the area.

Perfect

A friend and I were working a festival in Silverton and this place is a gem. We each had our own bedroom, shared the comfortable living area with basic kitchen essentials and a bathroom. This cottage apartment was spotlessly clean, easy to get to and a pleasure to stay in. Thank you so much for sharing!
