This well appointed holiday cottage is located approx. 900 m from the North Sea. The pool area is a paradise for water lovers. The 21 m² large swimming pool is equipped with underwater lighting and water slide. You can e.g. play water volley in the pool. Besides the pool there is a large 6 persons whirlpool, bathroom and sauna. Next to the pool room is the billiards room with an 8-foot pool table, stereo with CD player, dartboard, soft furnishings and bar with fridge. From the billiards room you can see into the pool room. Besides the billiard room there is even an activity room in the house. Here you can play table tennis, table football, PlayStation4 or watch a DVD on the large flat screen TV. The activity room also has a stereo with CD player and a small office corner. From the activity room you can climb up on the big play mezzanine, equipped with toys and a TV with DVD player. In the middle of the house is the large, architecturally interesting living room and kitchen. Here are 2 sofas. One by the wood-burning stove and the large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and one where it is obvious to relax with a game or a good book. The kitchen has e.g. an "American" refrigerator with ice maker, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves and plenty of space around the large sink, where there is also the opportunity to sit on barstools and listen to music from the stereo, which also has a CD player. From the kitchen, you can climb up on the double large sleeping mezzanine with 4 box-mattresses and a TV with DVD player. Right next to the house is a play tower with swings, slide and 2 small sandpits as well as a basketball hoop and football court with 2 goals. There are two kennels with dog houses. Large illuminated parking area for 6-8 cars in the area. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
