Welcome to this charming, single-storey contemporary house in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, just a few minutes from the beaches and unspoilt natural landscapes of the Cotentin’s west coast.
Perfectly designed to accommodate up to six people, this bright, modern house offers the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, tranquillity and practicality.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, open-plan living area that’s welcoming and bathed in light, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening directly onto the garden. The large bay windows invite you to extend your moments of relaxation onto the furnished terrace.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, offering everyone space and privacy.
Outside, the fully enclosed grounds are ideal for children and pets (up to 2 allowed). A table tennis table is also available for some fun in the open air.
For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, a pellet stove (pellets included) for a cosy atmosphere all year round, on-site parking (+ garage), available to rent all year round.
Set in a peaceful setting, this house is the perfect base for exploring the unspoilt beaches, coastal paths and treasures of the English Channel.
A perfect place to recharge your batteries between the sea and nature.

Die bisherigen Erfahrungen waren eher schlecht, den Code für den Schlüsselkasten gab es erst auf Nachfrage, ein Waschbecken lief schlecht ab(wurde repariert), die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte mit der Kanne nicht, der Ersatz war völlig verdreckt, dann gab es eine neue, natürlich alles nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage. Der Grill wurde gefühlt nie sauber gemacht, Teile fehlten oder wurden behelfsmäßig geflickt. Bei der Ankunft waren Geschirr, Gläser und Bestecke so, dass wir alles noch einmal gespült haben. Die Ausstattung war dürftig, nach jeder Mahlzeit musste die Spülmaschine laufen, für den Backofen gab es nur einen schlecht passenden Grillrost und keine Bleche. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und groß, aber die Ausstattung ist lieblos. Man merkt, dass es nicht selbst genutzt und nur für Touristen gedacht ist. Darüber hinaus ist auch noch nebenan eine Baustelle, die den Mittagsschlaf für das Kleinkind unmöglich macht. Insgesamt entspricht es unseren Erwartungen nur rudimentär.
