This 2 BR 2 BA end unit feels much larger than the other units in the building and its location insulates you from hallway noise.
It features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those nights you want to eat in. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, a DVD player, wireless internet and a washer & dryer. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was a positive one. The condo provided everything we needed. The location was idea for our needs being we were in OC for a National Dance Competition at the Convention Center. The location is close to the beach. Although, we appreciated having the pool to swim and the deck to get a little sun without the sand. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. The towel and sheet service is appreciated. The owners were great about answering questions along with the property manager who provided all the necessary information in advance. This is our second year staying with Benchmark and we will consider staying with them again in the future.

There is abundant parking. The condo is well laid out, fairly well stocked with all the amenities one expects. Easy walk to the beach, to places to eat. The pool was a bit colder than we expected and had some sand/dirt around the edges, but it was nice to have one in the building. The master bedroom faces Coastal Highway, so it’s a bit noisy with traffic—even at night, but having the fan on masked some of the noise. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would book this stay again.

Only complaint is that the rental broker sent the email so far in advance with check in instructions I had forgotten by the time I actually had to check in.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We have always had our communication set up to be automatically delivered when we take the final payment, Which, for most trips booked ahead of time, is 30 days prior to the arrival date. It's hard to pick the right timing for all because some guests want it well ahead of time to plan and, as you stated, we find other guests lose the email and can't find it if sent too early. Since your trip, we have altered our timing and now send it approximately 5 days prior. It seemed the people having trouble locating the instructions outweighed the planners. Thanks for staying with us!

We were in Ocean City for a work conference at the convention center. The unit was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The linen package was a big plus and its proximity to the convention center was incredibly convenient.

Great Location

Beautiful condo, spacious and clean. Great location, easy drive to the boardwalk, short walk to the beach and right next door to the convention center which was super convenient for us since we were there for my daughters dance nationals. Lot's of food options as well within walking distance.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony both morning and night. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Wonderful place to enjoy vacation with my son and daughter-in-law.

OC stay

Great location-Walk to beach, meals, and some night-cap spots. Wish we were provided with travel shower needs and a black out curtain for the master bedroom, but other than that- all good!
