Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, living room and wood-burning stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. All rooms with double beds have box-mattresses. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. In the activity room you can play billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The kitchen has large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house has geothermal heating. The house has a pool area with both large a swimming pool, water slide, swim coach, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The swimming pool is 18m ² and has a slide for the kids. There is also a swim coach so all week you can improve your fitness with daily strokes combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, located in the pool room. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors for socialising. There are several televisions in various departments as well as PlayStation3 and DVD players. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
