Spacious holiday home for 16 people with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and activities located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Marielyst. The holiday home has its own swimming and wellness area, which includes a large indoor swimming pool with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system. The pool area also has a lovely hot tub and the holiday home's sauna, where you can recharge your batteries in the best holiday style. In the activity room of the pool cottage, you can play table tennis, billiards, darts, and PlayStation 4. If you want to take a break from the many games or just prefer to be a spectator, the activity room also has a bar where you can enjoy a cold refreshment. In the middle of the house, you will find the kitchen/family room and the cottage's wood-burning stove, which can heat and spread extra coziness on cold days. From the long dining table, you can keep an eye on those swimming in the pool, and in the sofa corner, you can enjoy a good book or movie.There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, which is designed to create a delicious meal for the whole group. The six double rooms are divided into two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In total, the cottage has three bathrooms. In addition, there are four sleeping places in the loft of the luxury house, where children especially like to spend the night. The cottage's terrace is partially covered and is an extension of the kitchen/family room and activity room. Here you will find the perfect setting for a barbecue evening. In the garden there is a play tower with a swing, an in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance) and the opportunity to play ball on the lawn.
