The living room features a wood-burning stove, providing cozy warmth on cooler autumn days. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The property sits on a 768 m² plot, offering plenty of space for outdoor games, relaxation, and fun in the fresh air. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet morning with a coffee in the garden, or let the children play safely, the outdoor area provides ample room for all. Located near the harbor of Grenå and the town center, the house combines the charm of a traditional holiday home with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Guests can explore the lively harbor area, enjoy scenic walks along the waterfront, or discover the town’s shops and cafés. This holiday home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a cozy retreat with easy access to both nature and local amenities. Für den Preis hatten wir keine besondere Unterkunft erwartet. Auf dem Foto war auch erkennbar, dass die Einrichtung alt und „zusammengewürfelt“ ist. In der Realität hat uns eine Ferienunterkunft erwartet, die unangenehm muffig gerochen hat (zum Glück war es warm genug, dass wir viel lüften konnten). Die Gartentische waren alt, der eine gar nicht zu gebrauchen, der andere rostig. Nicht wenige Gebrauchsgegenstände waren unansehnlich und alt. Die Krönung war das „Bad“, welches sich als Anbau mit überdachtem Übergang von der Küche entpuppte. In dieses sogenannte Bad konnte man nur seitlich eintreten, weil die Tür so schmal war; in der Dusche konnte man gerade so stehen. Es gab im ganzen „Haus“ keine Gelegenheit, Sachen aufzuhängen (keine Haken für Jacken usw. und die Schränke waren durch den Eigentümer belegt). Es ist sehr befremdlich, dass so eine Unterkunft angeboten wird, ohne dass Bilder von Toilette/Dusche gezeigt werden (dann weiß man, worauf man sich einlässt).Das Grundstücks befindet sich in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Gartensiedlung. Bis zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es nicht weit.Die Endreinigung hatten wir gründlich durchgeführt. Die Bilder zeigen die Zimmer nach der Reinigung (der Übergang zum „Bad“ war bei Anreise nicht so gereinigt. Die Kosten wurden uns aber nachträglich berechnet, weil wir das Haus angeblich unsauber verlassen hätten. Das war zusätzlich sehr ärgerlich.
