The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dining area for three. From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe.

The fully equipped bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is also accessed from the living room and leads to the private patio. This outdoor space features a small dining area, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

The apartment is located on Acetres Street, next to the lively Cuna Street, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. "Acetres II" will make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
