On arrival we noted limited shade in the garden area amounting to one ‘sail’ and vegetation/ trees. On enquiry we were advised that a parasol had been damaged and we expected a repair or replacement. We were then advised that there was sufficient shade without the parasol! There were 2 parasol bases on site. Internet - despite the wi-fi being operational there was no connection to the internet during our stay.The coffee filter machine is very slow, does not keep the coffee hot and leaks when the glass coffee jug is removed. The machine is old and needs replacing. A microwave oven would be a welcome addition.

On arrival: outside1. There was an old piece of furniture and an old door mat shoved into the hedge.2. There was grass and weeds growing out of the poolside gutters and dead foliage in the corners and under the pool furniture. One of the ‘Highlights’ on the listing is, ‘Sparkling clean pool – guests appreciate the clean and well-maintained pool for a relaxing swim’… clearlyincorrect.3. The sun parasol was broken - one strut was completely unattached at both ends and not ableto be fixed. 4. The sunshade/sail was tatty.5. The general maintenance of the property was below par and at no point in our stay were the patio areas swept of rotting plums and fallen foliage.On arrival: inside1. In the ensuite, the shower curtain did not reach the top of the shower tray, so water flooded the bathroom floor, causing a safety risk of slippage.2. Handles to bedroom furniture were missing and the paintwork on the wardrobes was very scruffy.3. The corner cupboard of the kitchen was oose and did not close.4. The toilet cistern in the second bathroom was broken from its fixing.5. The door to the second bathroom is warped and doesn’t close properlyAnother of your ‘Highlights’ on your site is ‘Shop till you drop– guests love the location, with top-rated shopping just around the corner’. The nearest shops are a five-minute drive / 20-minute walk away, and most are down a very steep hill which would take a lot longer to climb back up.

Our vacation was incredible at the villa! Beautiful, clean, and spacious ? it had everything we could ask for. The pool, always well-maintained, was a favorite spot. Looking forward to our return next year. Highly recommended!

Pool was too cold to use.There was no toilet paper in the villa. Would be nice to have a welcome pack of water on arrival.Definitely need a car.Good local shop and restaurant 5 min. by car.cold in the evening, wood was too wet to light a fire which would have been nice.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Agathi. What a beautiful villa with fantastic views, so nice and peaceful. The pool area was great, there was always somewhere in the sun and the shade all day. The pool was lovely and clean, and was a nice temperature. It’s so peaceful, and private which is exactly what we wanted. The villa was just like the pictures, nice and cool inside. It was very well equipped with all you need for a self catering stay. The cleaners were lovely and did a great job. When they arrive they come on mass, 4 in total and are like a whirlwind, in and out so quickly. The location is perfect, in the middle of the island. Just under a mile walk which is mainly flat one way you come to Platanos with 2 lovely tavernas and a small traditional shop with the basics and fresh bread every morning. The same difference the other direction but down a steep hill is Loggos which is one of the most beautiful traditional Greek villages we’ve been to. There’s a lovely beach here and some great tavernas, and lots of quaint little bars on the sea front. We hired a car which I would recommend so you can explore the whole island. It also makes the supermarket shops a lot easier. In my opinion though if you like walking and don’t mind the hills it’s not necessary as there is the bus service that runs through Loggos, and there’s also taxis. All in all, a lovely island, and a superb villa. We will definitely be back.

Great holidays in Paxos at Villa Agathi. Paxos is an amazing island which I fell in love with during these holidays.

First and foremost, the listing photos appear to have been altered to remove the power lines overlooking the pool, which was misleading and did not accurately represent the property.Our stay was also interrupted twice without any prior notice. On one occasion, a cleaning staff member entered the property without warning while we were present, which felt like a complete invasion of privacy.nI could not communicate with the woman, since there was a language barrier. I could not get her to leave the premises, she sat outside until I came out and waved her into the house. On another occasion, two individuals arrived to clean the pool while my wife and I were sunbathing. My wife was topless at the time, making the situation especially uncomfortable and unacceptable. Guests should be notified in advance before anyone enters the property during their stay.Additionally, the shower was extremely small and impractical. It felt more like a narrow stall with a curtain than a functional shower, and it was so cramped that I had to shower with the curtain open.Overall, the inaccurate listing photos, repeated privacy intrusions, and inadequate bathroom facilities made for a very disappointing experience.
