The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and island seating for 4. The lounge features two sofas, WiFi, and an impressive flat-screen TV for relaxing nights bingeing your favourite series. A standout feature of this home is the balcony that boasts a gas braai/BBQ and a picnic bench - perfect for alfresco dining in good company. The is equipped with an inverter to enusre uniterrupted TV and internet access.
Both bedrooms are spacious with a sliding door, with one boasting a queen bed and the other a king bed. One of the bedrooms includes balcony access - what better place to enjoy your morning coffee? For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
