Seascape is a stylish apartment full of character, set over the first and second floors of a larger detached property. You enter via the side door and head up the stairs to your right, arriving in a first-floor hallway into a lounge furnished with a three-seater sofa, three armchairs, a TV, a coffee table and a six-seater dining table. The lounge opens onto a decked terrace, an beautiful spot that makes the most of the views across the beach towards the sea, and the perfect place to watch the sunset.
The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, washer/dryer, and a wall-mounted breakfast bar. The first floor also has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet. One bedroom sits on the first floor, a king-size room with sea views, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, roll-top bath, sink, heated towel rail and toilet.
Up a spiral staircase, the second floor holds three further bedrooms: a twin attic-style room with its own en-suite shower room, a double, and a small single bed suited to a child, all with sea views.
A path from the apartment leads straight down through the dunes to one of the sandiest beaches around. The driveway has parking for three cars, and the village is a five-minute walk away.
The Neighborhood:
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Getting Around:
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor
Interaction with Guests:
An AHL Damage Waiver is included as standard with every booking. It’s there to protect the property and give you complete peace of mind, covering accidental damage up to £250, so that if something happens, it doesn’t cast a shadow over your stay.
