Set in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding countryside, the villa is arranged across two floors and combines welcoming interiors with outdoor spaces designed for making the most of the island's sunshine. The private swimming pool sits at the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sun loungers, comfortable seating and a covered dining area, while the brick-built barbecue provides a practical setting for meals enjoyed outdoors.

Inside, bright living spaces flow naturally between the lounge, dining area and kitchen, creating a sociable environment for spending time together. Three air-conditioned bedrooms are split across the two floors, with two bedrooms benefiting from en suite shower rooms and balconies that enjoy views towards the coastline and surrounding hillsides.

Despite its countryside setting, the villa remains conveniently located for enjoying local amenities. The village of Lithakia can be reached in around 10-15 minutes on foot, where you'll find a selection of tavernas, cafés and a supermarket. Keri Beach is approximately a 10-minute drive away, while the wider Laganas Bay area offers additional beaches, boat trips and opportunities to explore Zakynthos' famous coastline. Guests looking to discover more of the island can explore the nearby Keri Lighthouse, visit the caves and coves along the south-west coast or enjoy a boat excursion to spot loggerhead turtles in the waters around Laganas Bay.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. There are a number of steps down from the shaded area to the poolside. The remainder of the terrace is flat and tiled. Inside, the ground floor double bedroom and shower room doors are 80cm wide.
