Welcome travellers to our apartment in Gzira! Located in the vibrant area of Gzira, you will have easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, & shops!

Upon entering, our guests are welcomed with a lovely living area with sofas and TV. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, with access to a lovely private terrace with greenery views & outdoor furniture.

Also included are 2 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms !

Strong WIFI with access to AC.

Kitchen| Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it perfect for both short and long term rentals.

Terrace | A large private terrace, with outdoor furniture with greenery views - a super serene apartment.

Living Spaces| The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment, boasting a stylish sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests. Gather around the smart TV for entertainment or unwind on the sofa after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The room is air-conditioned for your comfort, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed with ensuite and another with 2 single beds. Over and above 4 a comfortable sofa bed will be provided prepared with linens and towels just like a normal bed.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms/bathroom, 1 accessible from the bedroom.

Linens| We love having a good night sleep, we offer full linens of the highest quality for our beds. We also provide 2 towels each, for each one of our guest.

Laundry Room| Washer available in the apartment.

Gzira has everything you need within easy reach. The neighborhood is well-served by supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and a range of restaurants and cafes offering both local and international cuisine. The picturesque Gzira promenade is perfect for leisurely walks or jogs, providing stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

One of the highlights of Gzira is its proximity to the capital city of Valletta. Just a short walk or bus ride away, Valletta offers a wealth of historical and cultural attractions including museums, churches, and stunning architecture. Gzira itself also has its fair share of attractions, with the beautiful Manoel Island and its historic fortifications being a must-visit for history enthusiasts.

Getting around Gzira and exploring the neighboring areas is relatively convenient due to the well-established transportation network in Malta:

Public Transport: Malta's public bus system, operated by Transport Malta, serves Gzira and connects it to various destinations across the island. The bus routes passing through Gzira provide access to nearby towns like Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and further regions in Malta. Visitors can purchase single journey tickets or explore multi-day travel cards for more economical travel options.

Ferries: Gzira's proximity to the harbor allows access to ferry services connecting the area to Valletta and other neighboring towns like Sliema. These ferries offer a scenic and efficient mode of transportation while enjoying the stunning views of the harbor.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services: Taxis are readily available in Gzira and are a convenient option for private and direct transportation. Additionally, ride-sharing services might also operate in the area, providing another flexible mode of getting around.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
