Beautiful condo with spectacular view and on one of the best location

Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with its own laundry. Located with in walking distance to restaurants, stores and shopping centers. stay with us and you will be delighted by astonishing views of the bay from the terraza where you can enjoy from having a cup of coffee or reading a book to a get together with new friends or maybe have a BBQ in case you feel like grilling your own steak.
The condo has a pool table and a library on the lobby along with a small fitness area there is Wi-Fi access throughout the building and the pool has both sunny or shaded area.
The acces to our building is granted by electronic cards and is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7 and has covered garages accesibles only with remote controllers so you will not only be really comfortable but you won't concern your self about safety there is an onsite manager at all times that speaks english and Spanish to assist you at all times.

Awesome view, Awesome weather

Lovely little condo viewing the entire Manzanillo Bay beach. Dolphins, local fishermen and several ships to watch in this quiet, authentic area. Awesome pool to cool off in and watch everything. The owners and manager, both on site, endeavor to make your visit a truly exceptional experience. A must visit!!!

First I want to thank you much for the graciousness of your review and for your kindness and also offer you and apology for this late answer but to tell the truth I recently learn how to answer to your comments. Allow me to say when we have guests as nice and polite as your self we can only do but our best in retribution to their kindness. We had a fabulous time in Manzanilla, Mexico. The condo has a wonderful view of the bay, and easy access to the beach & an endless pool. The best part of our stay was the courteous attention of the manager (Yolao Roma) and the maintenance attendant (David). They were better than the concierges in the hotel.

Great property

Excellent location. Very clean and well kept property. The building manager, (Yolos) and his maintenance supervisor (David) were extremely helpful and were always working hard to maintain and continually upgrade the building.

Great location and beautiful views

Property was very well taken care of with all amenities and bay views needed for a pleasant vacation. The condo was cleaned once during our stay, which isn't the norm elsewhere. The property manager was very responsive to our every need and was very helpful and easygoing with the check-in / check-out process. It also helped that it was 2 blocks away from a Walmart and the main boulevard in Manzanillo, making commuting very efficient.

Beachfront beauty

Beautiful condo. Perfect location. Would go back in a heartbeat except there was no AC in the main living area. Only the 2 bedrooms had AC. The condo is on the south side of the building and was too hot to be comfortable.

Beautiful beach and condo

The property is situated on one of the best areas of beach around Manzanillo. The property is right on the beach, but walled off in a way to protect the residents from outsiders. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and with many windows for great views. The covered terrace has a table and chairs and lounge chairs that extend the condo to a feeling of being right on the beach. The condo is well equipped with the comforts of home. The kitchen is roomy and has everything one could need to enjoy meals. The manager, Yolao, and handyman David, and housekeeper Margarita are all a pleasure to be around, and so helpful with any of our needs.

Great location, awesome view of the bay!

Our condo was just the perfect size for 3 adults. Very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The property manager, Yolao was very attentive. He even offered to take us to the bus station at the end of our stay! The pool was a refreshing reprieve after a day of golf. We had a great view of the whales out in the bay from our deck.

What a great place!!

The staff; friendly and helpful. The complex; clean, pool was awesome, located so close to shopping and restaurants. Our condo was perfect for two couples. Lots of room, great internet, and what a view. The deck was huge. So relaxing. We would definitely go back again. Thank you to all the folks there.

Hot times in Manzanillo

Overall our stay was wonderful. The service provided by the site manager and his staff was excellent. The unusually hot weather caused a little discomfort as the sea breezes that normally keep the unit living areas comfortable were almost non-existent at times which caused the unit to heat up. The pool was wonderful and the air conditioning in the bedrooms made it all extremely enjoyable. we would have no problem at all returning to this property. KUDOS to Yolao and his staff.
