Fflat Eryri - One Bedroom Apartment with Sofa Bed

The Townhouse now boasts a brand new newly-appointed 1st floor deluxe apartment with a double bedroom, comprising of quality oak furnishings and outstanding quality linen and towels. A newly fitted full kitchen including a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. A modern style private bathroom with a bath and a rainfall walk-in shower. The lounge area adjacent to the kitchen has a pull out memory-foam sofa bed (perfect for the kids). Smart Tv's throughout with complimentary streaming services and Wi-Fi. Located above one of the best restaurants in the area (in our opinion) , nestled in the centre of the picturesque village of Beddgelert - a great base for a family to go off on their adventures!

Fflat Eryri is also located directly above a restaurant - during peak times, there may be a slight noise disturbance from below but we are working on providing soundproofing measures to areas of the building shortly.

This property consists of two x one-bedroom self-catering apartment and a separate double self-catering room.

Fflat Aberglaslyn: A newly refurbished modern top floor flat based in the heart of Beddgelert. Features a 50inch flat screen TV with popular streaming platforms, genuine oak furniture, Egyptian cotton sheets, Alexa devices with Alexa controlled mood lighting throughout and a commercial bean-to-cup coffee machine full of locally roasted coffee beans.

Fflat Eryri: Our latest renovation - a self-catering one bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 with the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. Luxury bathroom with deep bath and a separate walk in shower and double vanity unit. The kitchen features a bean to cup coffee machine, a breakfast bar and extraordinary views of mountains and the River Colwyn.

Ystafell Gelert Room: A newly-renovated self catering double room with beautiful mountain and river views. Private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities.

**Please note, the apartment and double room are located on the top floor of a 3 story building and do not have wheelchair access**

Lovely apartment. Great location

The apartment was lovey- clean, spacious, well-equipped and lots of nice touches. Despite being above a restaurant, the noise wasn't really noticeable. Location is great with lovely views.

Great location. The apartment on the first floor was spacious and comfortable. All furnishings are of a very high standard leaving you wanting for nothing. Can not fault the town house it was a lovely stay.

Cosy, clean, easy peasy, welcoming, gorgeous views

Everything in the flat felt high quality and clean and there was Everything we needed, even a fan and ironing board. Very comfy bed and full kitchen, even had a dishwasher and washing machine. Bath was lovely and big.

Beautifully presented flat with everything you could need for your stay

I returned to Beddgelert after more than 40 years since my last visit (as a small boy). The accommodation was perfect, and the location is ideal for enjoying the local walks and other attractions. I felt very much at home in the flat and would love to return there again son.

Lucy couldn't have been more helpful when booking the accommodation and made sure our stay was perfect. The flat was clean , comfortable, and welcoming and set in a beautiful location for our weekend of adventures. We couldn't recommend it highly enough .... Great host, Great flat. Little Gem

The Flat looks exactly like the photos, very easy to find, as above a restaurant. The village is quite small with not a lot there, and only a small convenience store so take all essentials. The flat was perfect for cooking but enjoyed a meal at the Saracens Head pub a couple of doors away. Views of the mountains from the windows of the flat which were beautiful and check in was as described and really clean. We had the perfect stay.
