Yellowstone Park area on Henry's Lake, 1st level of our 3 level cabin. Sleeps 2

We are taking reservations for the 2026 season starting May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. We prefer Covid vaccinated guests for our protection and our guests protection.
We provide a beautiful suite in our cabin overlooking Henry's Lake off US 87 in Island Park Idaho. Our cabin is 15 minutes away from West Yellowstone by car and is located 3.5 miles from the US 87/US 20 junction. Easy access to Yellowstone National Park. Excellent fishing, boating and water activities as well as hiking etc. Views of Henry's lake and mountains from our cabin. There is access to the lake down the road from the cabin and boat rentals available nearby. Opportunities to view elk, deer, moose, bears, and other wildlife on the mountainside behind the cabin. We are renting the first floor of our three level house. We prefer Covid Vaccinations for our safety and the safety of our guests.The bedroom in the suite has a queen bed We sleep 2 in the suite. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee pot with coffee, a refrigerator and freezer with ice. There is also a dining room table and chairs, a sofa, and two recliners. We have dishes, silverware, paper plates, and most anything else you may need. There is a wrap around deck with a covered patio and barbecue which is accessible to guests. A washer and dryer in the suite is shared with the owners. HD Television. Covered guest parking. Come stay with us and enjoy the views and Yellowstone National Park. WIFI is available for our guests. We also have Bear spray available to borrow.

Henryā€™s Lake property was great. Close enough to Yellowstone about 12 miles And the town of West Yellowstone where there are many restaurants and groceries. They have beautiful sunsets and skies in the evening. Kathy and Harry are very nice and welcoming and the chocolate chip cookies were Amazing.

We loved our stay here for our trip to Yellowstone. It was in a beautiful location close to the park and had everything you could think of! We really appreciated being able to take the bearspray and binoculars to the park. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

Overall, a great spot! The place looked just like the photos and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed and felt right at home. Loveddd the fresh baked cookies! Would definitely recommend to others and would be happy to come back again

This was a wonderful stay. Spotless clean quarters in the basement area of a beautiful cabin. Overlooking Lake Henry, the views are spectacular. We used this as home base for Yellowstone NP days. Time to West Yellowstone entrance was a little more than 20 minutes. Kathy and Harry are first rate hosts. They put effort into making their guests feel at home. Cookies, coffee, well stocked kitchenette, all were appreciated! We would most certainly stay here again.

Cabin with a view

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It fit our needs perfectly. We took early morning trips into Yellowstone and came back to the cabin in the evenings and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. The owners are wonderful hosts!

Wonderful location, friendly owners, love the cabin!

Wonderful location, friendly owners, loved the touch of having fresh chocolate chip cookies. They made us feel welcome immediately. This really is perfect location not far from West Yellowstone Park entry.Even loaned us some bear spray for use in the Park.We'll definitely come back if in Yellowstone again.

Perfect and so incredibly welcoming. Wonderful host, would come back here in a minute. If you forget anything, they had it, from bear spray to binoculars, to small cooler to pack lunches. Super cozy and beautiful view of Henryā€™s Lake. And letā€™s not forget about being greeted with homemade cookies. .

My family of 4 traveled from SC to the west to see Idaho and visit Yellowstone. We happened upon this absolute gem of a place to stay.This was absolutely the most comfortable, hospitable place in Island Park. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. And the view from the rental was AMAZING!

Great family getaway

We are a retired couple and year round residents of Island Park. Harry enjoys fishing on Henryā€™s Lake and I enjoy hosting our guests and playing cards with my friends. We decided to share our cabin because we like to providing a quiet and safe place for people to stay while visiting Yellowstone Park.

We built our cabin 35 years ago because we like fishing on Henryā€™s Lake and vacationing with our family . After retiring we moved from Boise Idaho and became full time residents of Island Park.
There was a large demand from tourists who needed a place to stay, so we decided to share our cabin. We are close to Yellow Stone Park, but out of the crowds in West Yellowstone.

We have a great view of Henryā€™s Lake and the Mountains all around us. The possibility of seeing wild live and a quiet community.
