Welcome to this charming house in Österlen! Step through the door and let yourself be embraced by a sense of homeliness. The compact, essentially equipped kitchen invites you to brew a cup of coffee or a meal prepared with love, and a modern full bathroom lies by the entrance. Further on in the cozy living room, you will find an oasis of calm, where a comfortable sofa and a small dining area are waiting to create memories and experiences. The joy of opening the patio door and stepping out onto the cozy patio, with a small patch of grass next door. When night falls, there are two options for a good night's sleep. Either in the cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed, or you can choose to climb up to the spacious sleeping loft, where two single beds await to welcome you. For the younger guests, the sleeping loft invites adventure and play. As a historic stone house, the home features charming original details such as exposed wooden beams, slightly lower doorway heights in places and steep stairs to the sleeping loft that may require extra care. Discover the wide sandy beaches of Ystad, Löderup, Kivik and Sandhammaren, explore the charming towns of Ystad, Simrishamn and Tomelilla, and enjoy local favourites like the beloved Olof Viktors café. Visit historic landmarks such as Glimmingehus, Örnahusen and Ale’s Stones, or take a ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Families will love nearby attractions including Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland, while nature lovers can fish in Skåne’s beautiful lakes. A peaceful retreat for anyone looking to escape the stress and bustle of city life.
