Our home features three bedrooms, one King bed, one double bed and one single bed making it an ideal choice for up to 5 guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night`s sleep.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

**Additional Services:
-This property is happy to accept pets for a fee of £25 per booking. Please advise when you make your reservation if you are bringing a pet with you.
-Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
