We own and operate the lodge (Liberty Log Lodging) and spend time there ourselves making sure everything is perfect for your stay.

River Rock Lodge is located between Logan and Hocking Hills State Park, just 10 minutes to Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls and Conkle's Hollow. The private setting is so amazing you might not want to leave the lodge. There is an outdoor basketball court and 12 beautiful acres to roam. Bring your fishing poles for the stocked fishing pond (bass, cat fish, blue gill) or just relax on the dock. Many guests say they enjoyed their daily walks around the pond on our trails.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. Enjoy a dinner "at home" at the custom made dining table or breakfast bar. Ask us about catering and traveling chef options if you prefer not to cook.

The main floor living room features sofas and love seats arranged around the 2 story stone fireplace and wall of windows. From here walk out onto the 3000+ Sq Ft of expansive wrap around covered porches where you can grill, dine, and relax around the outdoor covered fireplace.

The main floor has one queen bedroom with an ensuite full bath. There is also a half bath on the main floor.

Upstairs there are 4 identical Queen bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.

The lower level has 2 Queen Bedrooms one of which has a mini size crib (you'll want to bring mini sized crib sheets) and the Bunk room which has 2 queen bottom beds and 2 twin tops. There are 2 full baths down in the basement.

There is a queen size EZ Lounger in the sitting area off the main floor living room.

All towels and linens are provided. If you prefer not to fully disconnect while you're away we have Starlink Internet.

The basement has a game room with TV, couches, pool table and foosball. From the basement you can walk out on to the bottom covered deck to take in all the natural beauty while you soak in the covered hot tub, enjoy a game of corn hole, or gather around the fire ring under the string lights while the kids play on the swing set.

We love Hocking Hills and have hiked all the trails and visited most of the area attractions so please feel free to ask us questions as you plan your trip. River Rock is frequently rented for off site corporate events, family reunions, and retreats- we are happy to help you plan!

Please read our rental agreement before booking- No College, Prom Parties. No Hunting, Fireworks. Maximum 22 guests at all times. Minimum age for renting is 25, We reserve the right to request a copy of ID. Weddings/Events must be approved and pay wedding fee. Check in is 4PM, Check out is 11am. Holidays & Summer have a 3 night minimum.
