Welcome to this nice house in new condition just a short walk from the sea! Tjörn is a beautiful island that has a lot to offer. Everything from fishing, kayaking and cycling to sun and salty baths. The plot is shared with the house owner and in the nearby barn there are chickens in a henhouse that the children can look at from the outside. On the lower level of the house there is a large hall with good storage. A bedroom with a so-called family bed, i.e. a bunk bed with room for 2-3 people. The living room and kitchen are connected and there is a sofa, TV, dining area and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is neat and modern and perfect for cooking good meals in. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the loft there is a double bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of space for your luggage. The terrace is large and here you can sit and enjoy the tranquil view. On the lawn there is room for a lot of play and running. A 10-minute drive takes you to cozy Rönnäng on Tjörn's southern cape, which has a well-visited bathing area. Here there is a sandy beach, rocks and jetties to take a dip from. Hopscotch and failure are included. Beautiful view over Dyrön, Åstol and Marstrand. There are many sights and charming archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the central town of Skärhamn, 11 km with a rich entertainment and cultural offer where the Nordic Watercolor Museum is the most famous. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv.
