Casa Sionia - Fantastic Townhouse with Private Pool - 35 km from Barcelona!

Welcome to Casa Sionia!

This charming 18th century village house is located in a small Catalan village in Spain's famous wine region of Penedés, just 8 km. from one of the region's main towns Vilafranca de Penedes. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village and enjoy the location less than 1 hour drive from Barcelona and ½ hour drive to the beaches near Sitges.

House layout:
The house has two floors. On the ground floor, you come from the entrance hall into the large living room with dining table and sofa corner, as well as access to the open kitchen. There is also a bathroom and access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a room with room for three people, divided into a double bed and a single bed.

The outdoor areas:
The private garden has a lovely terrace area with barbecue and a swimming pool where both children and adults can have a dip in the hot summers. The swimming pool is fenced to protect small children.

From the garden there is a view over the Penedes area. On the other side of the very quiet side road there is a playground for smaller children. Further up the road there is also a football pitch.

Location:
Casa Sionia is the perfect starting point if you want a taste of everything Catalonia has to offer. You will be surrounded by the Penedés wine district and have the regional capital Vilafranca 10 minutes away by car. In the other direction Sant Sadurni d'Anoiá where much of Spain's Cava production comes from.

The coast can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, including the fantastic coastal town of Sitges, and Barcelona can be visited in 40 minutes. In the other direction, historic Tarragona is also really worth a visit!
