On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining room of 35 m2, elegantly furnished and filled with natural light, which opens directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully integrated into the open living space and features a dedicated dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this floor. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is a room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and a length of 200 cm. The single bathroom on this floor includes both a bath and a WC, completing the sleeping quarters with all necessary comforts. The property also benefits from a south-facing garden of 236 m2, offering an exceptional outdoor living experience.
