Was a great stay! Simone is terrific and the location was great. She provided us with more coffee shops and restaurants than we could ever visit! Pro tip there is great little coffee place a few doors up the block from the house where we went early every morning...perfect! Simone is also very knowledgeable about the city and happy to provide tons of information and options. We loved our stay in London!

This is the place to stay if you’re looking for classic London. The house is quite big, stoked with old world charm. The downstairs has a modern sitting room as an excellent contrast to the beautifully decorated Victorianesque upstairs. Walking distance to everything. Host was always available for all questions. This is definitely the place to stay!!! Simone is the best!!!

Location was superb for both London tourist sites and for day trips a little further on British Rail. Layout worked very well for three ‘mature’ couples. Having bedrooms , bathrooms and sitting / eating areas on the separate floors meant we were never crowded or on top of each other. The amenities inside were great quality and everything we needed was included. Excellent dining and tourist information from our host. Would definitely recommend it, our 11 day ‘London home’.

Just for future guests reading this, the washing machine is a standard-sized UK model rather than one of the larger American-style machines, and there are actually two washing machines available within the property/building for guest use, which can be very useful for longer stays. Family of seven stayed over the new year holiday. Easy to get to with two tube stations nearby. The owners was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, activities, and travel advice. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are spacious. The location is walking distance to two underground stations. There’s plenty to do in the neighborhood. And my 88-year old mother had a great accommodation w few stairs and a room with her own bathroom. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in London!

We had a big group of family here to cheer on my husband for the London Marathon. This was a great spot to be based. The place was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, we are slept so well. We had a large pasta meal the night before and had no issues with cooking a big meal. Simone is a lovely host!! Communication was easy and helpful. I locked us out of the place one evening and Simone was so kind and helpful about it.We loved our stay!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated!!! There were 5 of us and the bathroom setup was great for us. It was convenient to get to the tube and the plaes we wanted to see. Simone was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Our group of 4 mid-60s college friends walked everywhere! Simone provided helpful recommendations for local pubs, restaurants and sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have sinks in the bedrooms that didn’t have an en suite bathrooms.

Simone was an excellent host - very communicative and helpful. We stayed at this house for 6 nights and though the location was remote enough from the louder and more populated neighborhoods while still close to many points of interest and good restaurants. The on-site washing machine came in handy though we wished there was a dryer as well. A laundromat down the block was a convenient option since it had larger size washers and also dryers. Would recommend this house

This girl’s trip to London in December was fun, but what made it epic was our host Simone and her perfectly located townhome! Simone was very responsive, often replying to a daily inquiry within five minutes. Her recommendations in the area were terrific! Great location

Wonderful neighborhood. Comfortable queen size beds. It is a triplex and there are stairs with no bathrooms on the third floor. Host was great and very responsive. We loved it!

Like most traditional London townhouses, there are stairs, but for future travellers I’d like to highlight for groups travelling with someone less mobile, the street entrance level has a full bathroom, kitchen, and a comfortable leather sofa bed — making it possible to stay on one level if needed. Lovely townhouse in quiet safe neighborhood in London. Close to metro, train/bus station, and close to many of the must see sights in London. Stairs are narrow and some rooms on 3rd level so take care. There were 2 kitchens which was a nice little bonus.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable multi-story townhouse in a safe neighborhood convenient to all London has to offer. The property host, Simone, was so very helpful in addressing all questions and making suggestions for restaurants, shopping and navigating the area. She is extremely responsive to communications as well. Our group of 4 women could not have been happier!
