The space

Newly renovated and fully equipped with Air Conditioning in all rooms, this two-bedroom apartment is located inside a private condominium with two swimming pools (one for adults and another for toddlers).
The modern, comfortable living room with dining area and balcony invite you to let your thoughts drift away gazing at the ocean's magnificence. Watch the sailboats pass from the open kitchen as you prepare a snack with a chilled glass of wine or a coffee.
The master bedroom (bed size 160cm) also gives you a wonderful ocean view and balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (each 90cm) which can be put together to create a double bed (180cm). Linens and towels are provided.
The brand new, modern bathroom is located between both bedrooms and has a spacious modern shower.
If needed, you also have your own reserved parking space, right bellow the balcony.
There's a big Smart-TV where you can connect your phone or other devices, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker to listen to your music and very fast Wi-Fi connection with 500 Mbps, perfect for working from home or streaming.
The Beach is only a few steps away.
Guests may access also garden and the pool.


The location:

Still undiscovered by most tourists, the traditional Santo Amaro neighborhood of Oeiras is mainly populated by local families due to its calm and safety. In the center of Oeiras, you'll discover the grand Palácio do Marquês de Pombal, an 18th Century baroque palace and gardens inspired by Versailles Palace, now serving as the local city hall. The traditional local market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and a few local shops are only a few minutes' walk.

The Santo Amaro train station is directly across the street from this apartment, so you can be in Lisbon or Estoril / Cascais within 22 minutes, as Santo Amaro is located halfway between both destinations.

A wide boardwalk along the Santo Amaro beach offers the opportunity to walk to Alges or Carcavelos. Stop at one of the waterfront cafés or restaurants at the Marina de Oeiras, just 15 minutes' walk.
Heading to Carcavelos, you also pass a wide selection of beachfront cafés, restaurants, and surf shops offering surfing lessons.
The famous Guincho Beach, Cabo da Roca (most western point of Europe), world-class golfing, the charming village and vineyards of Colares, and fairytale castles of breathtaking Sintra are all within a one hour drive, or slightly longer using public transportation.

For those looking to surf, Carcavelos beach is only a 5 min drive away and offers a wide selection of surf schools that will help you learn to surf like pro.
