Peaceful Oceanfront Paradise - 100 Feet from Caribbean!

Wake-up spectacular sunrises and enjoy your vacation in this peaceful and uncrowded Caribbean Reef condo, located right on the Mayan Riviera beach, less than 100 feet from the Caribbean. This remodeled condo is unique among other condos in that your view and access to the beach are completely unobstructed and you have a large modern infinite edge swimming pool for your enjoyment. As you look over the infinite edge it blends into the Caribbean giving the illusion that you are in the ocean.

The beach in front of Caribbean Reef consists of soft white sand and the water is shallow, gradually becoming deep--it is perfect for swimming and wading.

The Puerto Morelos location offers convenient access to authentic Mexican cuisine in the many restaurants, as well as a fresh food market, a daily fresh seafood market, and grocery store.

There are many ancient Mayan ruins and beautiful Yucatan cities to visit as well as tourist attractions and golf courses nearby for your exploration and enjoyment.

If you desire the excitement of Cancun or Playa del Carmen, they are just a short car, bus or cab ride away. After exploring the sites, escape back to rest, quiet and relaxation at Caribbean Reef. Enjoy a tropical drink on the balcony overlooking the infinite edge swimming pool and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

The condo has been updated with a new décor and natural cedar doors. It is a second floor unit and has two bedrooms for privacy: the master bedroom has a king-size bed and view of the Caribbean and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a view of the mangrove forest. Each has its own bathroom and shower. The condo is perfect for two couples or a family with two or three children.

This is a perfect location for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Since 2018 there has been more sargassum weed than usual affecting beaches of the Caribbean. It comes and goes sporadically and its arrival cannot be predicted. Our staff cleans the beach daily, however, there may be days when it cannot all be removed. Please enjoy swimming during your stay in our beautiful, large and newly renovated swimming pool. The pool is not affected by the sargassum weed.

Our first visit to Puerto Morelos and I was choosing blind. I lucked into this condo which is a short cab ride to town with an excellent pool with gorgeous beach front view(s). This is a quiet location (which I preferred) with easy access to the town with its busier areas, restaurants, grocer, etc. The condo was clean, well equipped, and met our needs. The owner's photos are accurate. I would stay here again without hesitation. In fact I wish that we were back at Caribbean Reef watching the Pelicans hunt for fish right now!

This was a wonderful spot for our family of four. Big bedrooms, nice layout, very friendly staff and a family atmosphere. The Currans were super accommodating. It’s an easy walk into town and the pool and beach are perfect. We’d book here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful pool and views - great stay

Our top requirement for our stay was a good pool and this did not disappoint! The pool is beautiful, a hit with the kids, has gorgeous view of the Caribbean, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and friendly neighbors. The condo worked great for our family, and the balcony was especially nice. Gorgeous view of the water, good furniture, and a hammock! The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make meals. The walk into town is easy (about 15 minutes), although there is not a sidewalk, so you’ll will want to avoid walking at night. However, the location away from town is so quiet and peaceful, it’s worth a little extra effort to get to town. There are a few upgrades that we would recommend (replace king mattress, new linens, better bathroom ventilation, replace scratched pans), but the good far outweigh the less-than-perfect, and we would be happy to recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. We loved coming in the well stickers kitchen, swimming family in the pool and exploring the beach. The vista were attentive and quick to respond to questions and concerns. The location was great, easy to get to town and the airport.

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

This well-equipped condo provided everything we needed, both inside and outside, for an enjoyable stay. The view from the balcony was great with our morning coffee or happy hour later in the afternoon. Caribbean Reef felt friendly, safe and is looked after well - Arlene, Fernando and staff took good care of us. We love the pool and the umbrellas give shade around the pool deck. Thank you Deb & Mike for sharing your spot with us. We hope to return again!

This is a perfect place to stay, close to everything at Puerto Morelos but away from the busy beach. Beautiful condo. Arlene and the staff are the best Highly recommend this place. I have rebooked for another stay

Lovely condo and pool

Gorgeous ocean view and infinity pool. Everything very clean and safe, tranquil location. The condo is modern and well appointed with lovely balcony. Only issue is a 20 minute walk to town, okay by day but not at night (too dark, no sidewalks) so plan on taxis home.

Beautiful hideaway

Property absolutely meet all expectations! The view to the ocean and the pool and the balcony were awesome. Only downside was the seaweed on the beach. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting peace and tranquility for a restful vacation.

Amazing Ocean views

We loved the views from the balcony and the serenity of the location since it’s not too close to downtown. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped for cooking! When we first arrived we worried about the seaweed in the ocean and the little access our kids had to swim in the beach but the swimming pool, the calm environment and unique wild life we experienced made it one of my favorite trips with my family. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful Oceanfront Oasis

Owners were very helpful and communicative leading up to the trip. As expected, Arlene the property manager greeted us as we pulled into the property (even though we were a couple hours later than expected), showed us to parking and our unit. The condo is spacious and well kept - only a small problem with ants in the kitchen which is not unexpected in a climate like that and easily remedied by ziplocs and fridge for food. The pool and the view from the deck are the best parts and exactly what we came for. I would say the walk to town on the road is a bit hot/long, but doable. We had a car which made it an easy hop into town and parking was available/easy. We always felt safe and were able to throroughly enjoy our trip. Highly recommend the Burger Underground in town for a meal - did not disappoint.

Perfect getaway

We loved this place! Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. Neighbors and staff were very friendly. Sitting at the pool is just like being at the beach because it's so close to the water. We can't wait to come back.

Endroit magnifique!

Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue, les levées de soleil, le son des vagues, la piscine, la propreté, la sécurité et les employés. Great spot—❤️the pool

Lovely view—wave noise which I love. Comfortable apartment. Complex has good management. Any problems were solved. Staff works hard to clear sargasso, but beach has it.

Book it! Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, awesome staff

Our family of four loved our 9 day stay at this condo. Your first impression starts with fantastic owner interactions and a great info pack. But when you arrive... the well maintained landscaping and tranquil setting immediately put you at ease. Then you enter the condo and the view makes you gasp. While there the amazing Arlen helped us with everything on property and her husband Pedro was our excellent taxi driver. We enjoyed snorkeling from the property and eating almost daily at Playa Jaguar next door. The master view and room is amazing. The bathroom is not en suite to master but rather in hall just two steps from master. The smaller guest room has ensuite bathroom so keep that in mind. Our son used the murphy bed and it was very comfortable. The walk to town is not on the beach but rather on a road with limited to no sidewalks. Depending on your travel experience you may prefer car rental or taxi. Grocery stores have anything you need. Honestly just follow owners detailed info pack and all your questions will be answered. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay again.

Reboot perfect

Second time staying here, suffice to say we enjoyed everything about this unit the same as the first time. The ocean front situation, the fantastic infinity pool, the well appointed apartment and the very pleasant staff led by Arlene make for an unmissable vacation stay.

We achieved our dream of purchasing a condo as our residence right on the ocean. As a bonus, our condo is very close to the friendly and authentic Mexican fishing village of Puerto Morelos. The town is non-touristy yet close to the cities of Cancun and Play del Carmen. We especially enjoy living among the Mayan and Mexican culture that is prevalent in the Yucatan area.

Spectacular direct full views of the Caribbean from living room, balcony and bedroom, just as the pictures show. And we have a large beautiful pool. Very few other condos in the Puerto Morelos are have both!
