Villa Amara, located in Sumpetar, Dugi Rat municipality, is just 17 km away from the city of Split. This beautiful villa embodies everything you've longed for, dreaming of a perfect and luxurious annual vacation with your family or a group of dear friends. The name "Sumpetar" is first mentioned in 1080, during the rule of the Split nobleman Petar Crni Gumaj, who built a monastery near the mentioned location.

Villa Amara was renovated in 2020, built in a contemporary rustic style of a stone house, exuding a modern interior across its three floors. The villa boasts 320 m2 of living space, accommodating up to 12 people. It features 6 bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Additionally, there are 6 bathrooms with shower cabins, and the villa has 3 separate toilets. As an additional amenity, a washing machine, dryer, and iron are at your disposal. If you're traveling with children, make use of the baby crib and high chair.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a laundry room, while the 1st and 2nd floors share the same amenities: three rooms with bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, and two terraces. The 3rd floor houses a gaming room with a billiard table and sauna, a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and outdoor dining areas and terraces. Villa Amara offers a sea view from all rooms, including the pool and the sun deck.

The heated pool, measuring 70 m2 and with a depth of 1.3 m, is located on the outdoor terrace. An additional feature of this pool is counter-current swimming. Next to it are 12 sun loungers where you can relax with your favorite read. On the terrace, you can use the charcoal or wood-fired outdoor grill. The villa is only 50 m away from the sea and a beautiful beach, and with prior arrangement, a private boat mooring can be organized.

Inside the fenced yard, there are 5 private parking spaces. You'll especially appreciate the fact that, with prior arrangement, you can book a massage in the villa. Additionally, a special convenience is that the accommodation price includes a housekeeper who will change the linens and prepare breakfast every day from 07:00 am to 2:00 pm. Grocery shopping can also be arranged at an extra cost, with the presentation of receipts.

If you're bringing a pet, it's important to note that only 1 pet is allowed in Villa Amara, with an additional fee of 500 Euro and an extra 200 Euro for final cleaning after the reservation.

On the day of departure, the villa needs to be vacated by 9 am, while luggage can remain in the villa until 12 pm.

Additionally, the house rules strictly prohibit parties or events, as well as smoking.

Please note that pets are on request an additional charge is possible, 590 Euro one-time fee max 1 pet , plus 240 Euro for cleaning service.
