The kitchen is well-equipped, with a microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed for cooking, and it also has a nice balcony with views. It is located on the third floor with an elevator (there are two steps before reaching the elevator).

It has five beautiful balconies from which to gaze at the square and enjoy magnificent views, including the tower of the Cathedral and the Alcazaba. Everything important is nearby, such as the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Museum of Malaga, the Atarazanas market, or the Alameda Principal. An ideal location for museums, walks, gardens, and monuments in the center. Around are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns, and cafes where the most genuine and cosmopolitan life and atmosphere of the center unfold.

Also, the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: As it is a very central apartment, in the main square of the city, there may be noise from the transit of people or events and festivities taking place in the square.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But it is allowed on the external balconies.

PETS: Pets are welcome; owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damages they may cause. The house and community rules must be observed. A fee of €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we need to perform special cleaning to avoid harm to allergic guests. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker upon request.
