This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom decorated ocean view condo promises a vacation you will never forget. Relax while gazing at the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean from your private fully furnished double balcony. Inside amidst reclaimed wood, organic sheets, and cotton robes you have three Keetsa king beds in three bedrooms + a den with plush seating, large flat screen TV's throughout. Every piece of furniture hand selected by top designers and custom made to perfectly accent this immaculate condo. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

1Hotel 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Unit

The 1Hotel is an amazing place to stay. We were a group of 6 women friends from high school meeting for a weekend reunion. This unit was lovely once we got in there. The WiFi router and main television were not working initially. but Fivestar promptly fixed them. Fivestar had onsite concierges, which allowed for quick responses and assistance. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The hotel is fantastic and the condo is nice and well appointed and going through VRBO and Five Star is better than booking directly with hotel and you enjoy the same access to gym, pools, etc. The balcony is long and has a great view of primary pool and ocean. The one slight negative is that while the condo has three bedrooms it isn't ideal if you're looking for an equitable three way split with friend or couples. First of all only two bed rooms have king beds. The third has a queen. And only one king bedroom has a true master bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower. The other two bathrooms have smaller bathrooms with single sinks and standard tub showers. If you know that going in and are okay with it, then you should be happy.

Pro's and Con's

Pros: great location, easily walkable to many places, beach front (although it's a jaunt since it's a big place) clean, updated, good service - the people who work there are very nice, helpful and accomodating, good food and drinks, lots of pools and seating (even on a busy Thanksgiving weekend) Cons: While we experienced pretty good service, with a few exceptions, there is automatic 18% added on, plus more is expected, so if you do encounter poor service, you have to still pay it, for the high nightly fee you would expect that there would be some housekeeping services, especially in a resort type condo as this one, we had none, I don't want to do dishes or wash towels while we are on vacation, since we ran out of dishes we had to run the dishwasher, which then leaked all over the kitchen - this is obviously something they can't plan for, so it's understandable and they had someone come in to fix it after we left - but the dishwasher was full of water and leaked everytime we opened it, so we had a sink full of dishes. They need to better police the hot tub for little kids, there were a ton of them in there without their parents and it's not that big, so if they were throwing a ball, wrestling, etc, it wasn't relaxing. Additionally it would be nice if the pool and hot tub were open later than sunset, to avoid some of those same kids. Five star luxury was easy to work with, accommodating with our late check out request and quick to respond to our concerns.

Apt at the 1 hotel

Spacious, clean apartment with great views of the beach and pool areas. 3 bedrooms accommodated the family of 6 easily. Check in process was a little bumpy because the 1 hotel won’t really speak with you about when the room is ready, the only will communicate through the VRBO host.

Miami Birthday Getaway

This unit is gorgeous with beautiful views and everything you need! Concierge was outstanding and helped take care of everything we needed during our stay. The Front door staff went out of their way to accommodate.

Great place but very very small guest room bathrooms.

The master is very nice and so is the living room. The extra rooms are very small and have tiny bathrooms. Probably better for some adults with kids rather than couples.

Winter Break

We had a terrific experience! With a large family, the unit was exactly what we hoped for. The agent was very communicative and the staff on site was very accommodating and exceptionally helpful and polite. Would absolutely use again.

Heaven in South Beach

This is an exceptional apartment with great views within one of my favorite hotels. It has an amazing gym and restaurants. The property agency is wonderful and accommodating and took care of anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment and agent.

Heaven for the high maintenance

The accommodation superseded even our semi spoiled selves. Unparalleled service, however, is what makes me crave coming back. The staff helped to organize a few things so we could focus on fun. We were able to have groceries stocked in the fridge for our stay. A fabulous makeup /hairstylist help 4 girls get ready for an event. (He was so good I wish I could pack up with me every day.) Oh, and a mid-trip housekeeping visit to help make our female over packing problems a bit less noticeable. Yep, I miss the concierge on-call component of this luxury accommodation. This pad is more than just pretty. Multiple sofas and cozy beds seemed to nurse our numb high heeled feet back to dancing shape in time to do it all again. The view makes you feel less guilty for watching the sunrise with your makeup still on from the night prior.

IIts Truly a Five Star Property

What’s a wonderful Vacation and get away. The location is perfect. The property is amazing. The on line photos doesn’t do it justice. Trust me it’s better than advertised. The service and food is unbelievable. The employees at the 1 Hotel from the fitness center ( which you can train for the Olympics in) the Pool side, the beach side, valet and all restaurants was making with their attitude and service. I love this location. I am and eager to return and spend time and money there again.

wonderful south florida escape

The condo unit which we stayed in was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Beautifully appointed, and fully equipped with any thing we might need during our stay. Loved It!

The Five Star Luxury travel team made sure our stay was wonderful. The unit had a partial electrical outage but the team was on top of it. The location of the property is nice. Easy access to South Beach via on site Tesla service but not in the loud night life district. Perfect for families with young children. We will choose this property and book with five star in the future.
