Luxury Apartment with Garden in Higueron

Located in the sought-after area of Higueron, just 2.3 km from one of the best beaches in Costa del Sol - Carvajal Beach, this modern apartment offers a comfortable stay with a spacious terrace and outdoor dining area. The property is completely new and includes a spacious garden and a fully equipped outdoor BBQ. Built in 2022, the modern apartment comes with two private underground parking spaces and central air conditioning and heating. From the garden area you will have direct access directly to two community pools.

Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, a flat-screen TV on each bedroom, a cozy seating area, and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, unwind in the garden, or explore the area with cycling and hiking. The apartment is part of the Higueron resort, where you can enjoy various activities like volleyball, tennis, padel, and an indoor swimming pool. There's also a spa, several bars and restaurants, parks for dogs, and playgrounds for kids. The activities related to resort are separate from the apartment community and requires an additional cost.
We offer bikes for our guests to use. You're welcome to use them during your stay, but please make sure to return the keys to their original place after use.
