Quiet and relaxing country setting. All one level with 1000 sqft of relaxation. (1) master bedroom with king size bed, (1) full size bed located in living room area, galley kitchen open to living room, separate dining room and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 9 miles from Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green KY. Just south of Beech Bend Park Raceway. 15 private acres and plenty of parking for your car, trailer or RV. Located just off Scottsville Road HWY 231. Great furnished housing for your business travel or vacation. Longer stays can be negotiated. Garage space for a vehicle is not included.

Peaceful Place to stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place to relax between games each day. The land was beautiful and the place was very clean. I loved having a peaceful place to rest and not having to stay in a hotel. We would stay here again.

An Excellent Stay

Quiet country setting with beautiful scenery. Add a quaint place to rest and sleep and you have a perfect combination of relaxation and solitude. The owners were the best (: Will stay there again next visit!!!

Quiet stay in the country

Perfect in every way

2nd time staying here. Came to KY for an auto event at Beech Bend. Hosts are awesome, felt like staying with family. 100% recommend this place except when we come to KY again..because we will be staying here!

Quaint and Clean

Came in for a car event and were very pleased with the accommodations. Owners were on-site, friendly and attentive to our questions/needs. Location was great for the event we attended at Beech Bend Park and we would enjoy staying here in the future. Lisa was wonderful to work with through the booking process.

Staying due to a large car show

We loved the apartment and the peaceful area. Very clean, lovely linens and quiet and restful! Tim is a true Southern gentleman and was very gracious and helpful when parking our car trailer.

Awesome Place!

Couldn’t be any happier with our selection. Tim and Lisa the owners are great people. The rental was clean, updated and beyond our expectations! Beautiful scenery. Overall I’d highly recommend. Far exceeded our expectations!

Short working getaway

Very nice and quiet. Internet/cell service so so. Saw several deer on the property. Bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen even though this trip we did not do any cooking. Would definitely come back!

Very hospitable owners, onsight.

This rental is on a beautiful piece of property in the country. Very quiet and clean. We'll definitely come back, and stay longer. Bring cookware and a spatula if you want to use the stove. Beds are very comfortable. Thank you so much to Tim and Lisa, for being such kind hosts.

The owners were great, it was quiet and comfortable. I felt bad for driving up late, the garage apartment is right beside their house, sharing the same driveway, I wasn'texpecting that. The place was clean and neat, I would stay there again. It fit our needs perfectly. Thanks

Peaceful, Quiet Setting

We had already been driving 2 solid days when we arrived here. We were exhausted. So we used our two days/nights here to just rest before driving another full day to get home. There is plenty of fun things to do in Bowling Green, but we just needed a place to relax. This VRBO fit exactly what we needed as it was peaceful and quiet. Hopefully we can come back at another time to go to the Corvette Museum. Nice owners and easy check in and check out.

House was clean and had every comfort of home. Picked us up after we kayaked, fed the fish in his pond and even let us use their charcoal grill for our pork chops. Two of the nicest people I have ever met. I didn't want to leave. 💖

Great Location

While we enjoyed our stay and the owners were so very nice and helpful, we didn't realize we were right next to their house. We thought it was a bit close but that wasn't to big of a deal. My only complaint would be when we were trying to sleep in you could hear the garage door opening and closing. We loved being able to walk back on the property and have a picnic lunch and we would definitely stay there again. We LOVED the fresh eggs, that was a nice surprise!

Loved It!

Really loved our stay here! More than enough room for two people. This was much, much better than staying at a hotel . . .much more room and very private and relaxing. Lisa was so sweet and communicated well with us, helping us out with directions. I loved chitty-chatting with her and Tim when we arrived. Made us feel like we'd known each other and were friends. I couldn't find a toaster, but probably just didn't look in the right spot :). We would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Quaint

We had fantastic stay! The owners are on site and are extremely kind and helpful! The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable! We loved the property, too. We got to walk around the 15 acres and got to see two deer. They had chickens that we enjoyed watching, too. Bowling Green is about 8-10 minutes away and there is a lot to do in the area.....The Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, Chaney's Dairy Barn, a mall, tons of food options, ect. If you don't mind driving, I recommend the Waverly Hills Sanatorium tours, Churchill Downs, Abraham Lincoln's birth place, Mammoth Cave, Tioga Falls, and The Ark Encounter. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and would would stay here again for sure!!
