The house with two apartments is located in a quiet neighborhood "Kumenat", about 250m from the beach and 2 km from the center of Biograd. The market is 50 m away, while the nearest restaurant is about 500 m from the house.
About 3 kilometres from the centre of Biograd na Moru is the Crvena Luka beach, which offers a great retreat, especially if you want to avoid a lot of noise and crowds.
The Vransko jezero Nature Park, about 10 minutes away by car, offers you a wonderful view of nature. Lake Vrana is rich in a variety of freshwater fish and is therefore a small paradise for sport fishermen.
Furthermore, you have the opportunity to explore several islands and national parks, such as Kornati, Telascica and the Krka waterfalls. Even if the island of Kornati seems to be a deserted and extremely isolated place at first glance, this park is rich in natural and cultural treasures.
