The space
This is a typical Cantabrian country house that was renovated in 2001 and features three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a very spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which features a reading area with a fireplace and three additional bedrooms. On the right side is the master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet; this room offers beautiful views of the estuary’s mouth.
On the left side, there are two other very bright bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom decorated in a classic rustic style.
Finally, the house features an attic with a double bed and a crib, a sitting area for resting, reading, or relaxing, and a play area for the little ones.
