Dear Joëlle,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points: the photos on our listing are recent and taken in the apartment as it is, without filters or modifications. The balcony indeed faces an internal courtyard, as shown, and many guests have appreciated the added privacy and quiet it offers. We are sorry to hear that you found the sofa uncomfortable and the kitchen equipment insufficient. Your comments regarding the kitchen supplies, bins, and lighting have been noted, and we will review them with our team to improve the guest experience going forward. As for the check-out process and garbage disposal instructions, these are included in the arrival guide sent before check-in. However, we understand that things may have been missed and we will make sure to simplify and clarify this communication in the future.Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we regret that the shower did not meet our standards during your stay. We will follow up with our cleaning staff to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve the comfort and clarity we offer to future guests.Kind regards,Happy Rentals Team
