The condo is beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing at home meals or putting together a picnic for a day at the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished in tropical decor and there is a lanai for your relaxation. A half bathroom completes this level. In addition to ceiling fans, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room/dining room area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, beautifully furnished, and another lanai. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also decorated in Hawaiian style. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 4 or for one or two couples. The master bathroom on this floor consists of a large walk in shower, lighted vanity mirror, hair dryer and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board. Stored in the Master Bedroom closet are beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the beach. Free WiFi service is provided should you bring your laptop or other electronic devices. There is a community computer available at the front desk for all guests to use free of charge.

As you walk through the beautifully landscaped property, which was once a botanical garden, you will come upon the hilltop salt water swimming pool. At this location you will find two shared gas BBQ grills, outdoor shower and restrooms. Adjacent to the pool area are tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.

The Greatest aspect of Banyan Harbor is it's proximity to Kauai's shopping center and central island location. You’re within walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, restaurants and shops. This condominium is located equidistant from the sights and activities on the North and South shores.
