The double rooms at B&b Paduli Piani rise in the large garden of a fully fenced villa with parking inside the property.
Each room has an equipped outdoor space of exclusive relevance, where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
Shared are equipped areas for relaxing, sitting areas, gazebos, the solarium, the stove and the barbecue for grilling.
The master bedroom is a unit with its own entrance, furnished with a double bed, TV, closet, air conditioning and mini fridge, complete with en suite shower room.

B&b Paduli Piani is located in the countryside of Matino, in the
heart of Salento and the early Gallipoli hinterland. The beautiful town
of Matino, with its lovely historic center, is just 4 km away.
Punta
della Suina beach is just 6 km from the B&B. The beaches of Baia
Verde and Mancaversa, the historic center of Gallipoli, are also very
close.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (ftill 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Breakfast included from 08:30 to 10:30.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of  towels and bed linen, upon request.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Inside the property there is the owner's home. The B&B has independent entrances and exclusive areas of relevance.
