Million Dollar View Near Denver, Big West Skiing, and Countless Natural Wonders

No animals of any type allowed due to family allergies. Spacious home on 2.4 acres of a private section of Lookout Mountain with views from every room above 7,000 feet elevation. Owners live upstairs and lower level unit is self-sufficient. Guest parking for 2-3 cars with sidewalk to private entrance.
2,400 square foot apartment includes full laundry room, complete open kitchen/ bar, 2 decks, and great cell coverage.
The huge game room includes a 55" smart TV, full-size pool table, shuffle board table, foosball table and space to spare.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, huge walk-in closet, desk and work areas, a smart TV and full bath.
The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, walk-in closet, a desk and reading area.
Well water is excellent for drinking.
Apex Park mountain biking and foot path just feet from your door. Red Rocks concerts, City of Golden and the town of Evergreen are only 10 minutes away.
Denver International Airport is a 40 minute drive.
Loveland, Winter Park and Arapaho Basin ski areas are all within an hours drive. Copper and Keystone are a little further, but doable.
Frequent wildlife sightings of deer, hummingbirds (in summer), elk, turkeys, and hawks, with the occasional coyote or black bear.
We allow 24-48 hours between bookings to fully clean, sanitize and restock the unit so that it will be perfect upon your arrival.

We had a fantastic stay in Million Dollar View. The home was comfortable and impressively well‑stocked — truly above and beyond what you typically find in a rental. For anyone flying in, this place is ideal because you don’t have to pack all the usual “just in case” items. The hosts had thought of everything, right down to a humidifier, which was a huge help for those of us coming from much less dry climates.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. The location was also perfect - close to everything we wanted to see, from the ski mountains to the city of Denver, along with several other notable spots we explored during our trip.One tip for winter travelers: if you’re visiting during snowy weather, an AWD vehicle is definitely a must-have.Overall, a wonderful stay - we’d happily return.

Accommodations were better than expected. Stocked fridge was a pleasure surprise. The beds were comfortable and the electric blanket came in handy, as we had a rather chilly night at Red Rocks and I needed to thaw out. The town of Golden is appropriately named as it is a treasure. We also took advantage of the many activities in the unit, shuffle board, darts, billiards and board games.. this is a great choice for anyone wanting to experience Colorado.

The game room was so fun. The mattresses were comfy plus the heated blanket helped my sore hiking muscles. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed including a fridge with many beverage options. Geri and Tom have thought of everything you could need to be comfortable. It was like staying at a friend's house.

This is a hidden treasure. We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos. This one is hands down the most amazing. The owners stocked the fridge. I’ve never had anyone do that. We wanted for nothing while we were there. Views were fantastic. Owners are precious. AwesomeCommunication. I can’t recommend this place enough.

What an incredible stay! Geri and Tom are excellent hosts and their property has gurgeous views! The refrigerator was stocked well, with eggs, coffee, half and half, butter, milk, soda, beer and so mulch more. All roads to the house are paved and easy to navigate. Denver and Golden are close by and a quick drive. We were in town for a concert st Red Rocks on Labor Day Weekend and their place made a perfect base for our visit. They have hummingbird feeders on the porch, making for great entertainment! Lots of activities to do at the house, shuffle board, pool and darts. Lots of movies on dvd and great WiFi. You can hike right out the backyard on the Apex Trail. Fully stocked kitchen and views you can’t find anywhere else. We highly recommend that anyone visiting the area book this beautiful space!

The rental was clean and comfortable. It came with a stocked fridge which was a nice surprise. The view was amazing and the setting was peaceful and relaxing. We loved playing the games and spent a lot of our time at the house for that reason. Hosts were friendly, flexible, and communicative. Our family loved this house and we will be back again in the future.

One million stars

The list of beautiful things about this property is too long. Beauty of property and grounds, fun games inside, elk and rainbows outside, THE VIEW especially at night!! Location was amazing, close to hikes and breweries and checking out towns. So so clean. Having breakfast items in the fridge was absolutely outstanding. Not having to grocery shop before getting there was so nice. I love this place. You can tell they love their property and people. Don't think twice about booking.

Great Spot for Red Rocks

The house was great. Nice view, spacious, with a stocked refrigerator.If you are going to a concert at Red Rocks this is not THE closest but it is close and a great choice.

Beautiful property!

We had 4 adults staying at Tom and Geri’s property for 4 days in June. The house itself has everything you need - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, huge laundry area, great patio and a game room. The views from the patio were unbelievable! There are hiking trails right next to the property too, so we were able to really enjoy the area!We had tickets to a red rocks show, and the house was only 15 minutes away, which was so convenient!We were able to chat with Tom for while and he was such a nice guy! We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

a stay above the clouds

we came here because it was red rocks adjacent (12 min drive) but found it to be so rejuvenating, and the view blew us away. an easy drive into denver, an even shorter drive into golden proper. everything was very cozy, and we loved watching the hummingbirds. we enjoyed the stocked media closet of vhs/dvds classics. so many hikes within a 30-45 minute drive, including evergreen which was lovely.

Red Rocks Concert Getaway

This is the perfect getaway with tons to do nearby, such as visiting Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and Lookout Mountain Overlook. The hosts were super accommodating, with easy checkin and checkout and had several needed items already in the fridge. They even refilled the hummingbird feeder halfway through our stay so we could keep enjoying our daily hummingbird visitors. We will definitely stay again should we come back for another concert at Red Rocks.

Concert Weekend

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. This was a perfect location to stay. We had easy access to Morrison and Golden. The house is wonderful and well stocked with everything you would need. The view from the porch is amazing. The owners were great.

Perfect

The owners and property were perfect for out needs. We spent three nights at the property. We were traveling for a concert at Redrocks and exploring for the other days. The property was clean and comfortable and the owner had everything you could imagine for our stay. The owners were also very helpful with recommendations on where to explore. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back in the future.

This was our first time staying in Golden and it was gorgeous! I’ve never seen so much wildlife and beauty straight off of the front porch. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very helpful and communicative, 10/10 recommend this property!

PERFECT! Just as described!!

The views are amazing but the wildlife and the trails close by are fantastic. The place is equipped with everything you need, we had a lot of fun trying to play shuffleboard. Can't wait to visit again.

You can take in a ballgame or dinner and show in Denver, tour School of the Mines, or the breweries of Golden, shop Pearl Street in Boulder, make a day of touring Estes Park (AKA Rocky Mountain National Park), pick up I-70 west to big time skiing, or walk out the front door to enjoy the miles of trails at one of the many Jefferson County Open Space Parks.
