If you are looking to stay in the true heart of Park City, this Penthouse on Main is the one! It is a newly constructed property that is located right on Main Street, with 2,809 square feet of luxurious appointments!

This one of a kind property offers five bedrooms (four master bedrooms and one bunk room) and five and a half bathrooms designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. You will enter the home through a private entrance just off of Main Street for the utmost in privacy and security.

On the upper level of the unit, you'll find the grand master bedroom with a king size bed, a 50-inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace. The private bath offers dual sinks, a separate soaking tub and shower. This room also opens out onto the rooftop deck that features a hot tub, patio seating and a barbecue grill.

Also on this level are two other master bedrooms with a king bed and both bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a 50ā€ Smart TV.

On the main level, you'll find the 4th master bedroom outfitted with a queen size bed. The 5th bedroom is a ā€œbunk roomā€ that has two custom bunk bed set ups ā€” perfect for the younger set. Both offering a full private bathroom and a 50ā€ Smart TV.

The main level also boasts the great room - living room, kitchen and dining area - offering lovely hardwood floors throughout. The living room has upscale contemporary furnishings around a fireplace and a 55ā€ Smart TV. There is a balcony off the living room that is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and watch the comings and goings of Historic Main Street.

The kitchen is a gourmet's dream space with new appliances including a Wolf gas range and a SubZero refrigerator. You'll also find a two-zone wine fridge and a convenient eat-at kitchen bar. There is also a separate dining area with plenty of seating for those yummy sit-down meals.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, internet access, central A/C for the warmer months, and a private one-car garage located in the rear of the property.

It goes without saying that the location of this home is right at the top of the list of amenities along with its total luxury appointments, it is the perfect selection for your next vacation!

This place was simply amazing. The location was perfect and the home was well maintained and clean. Most of all the management / concierge company stepped over themselves to accommodate us and make sure we were well taken care of. We will be back again!

Wedding weekend

Spent a wonderful 4 days at this gorgeous condo. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Great bunk room! Kitchen was well equipped and we used the barbecue for a great family dinner. Plenty of space and the hot tub was a nice treat! Property management was terrific: thoughtful welcome treats and good communication through our stay!

Friends and family trip

We had an incredible stay at this penthouse. It was an easy check in and the communication was great. The location was absolutely incredible. We were in the middle of Main Street so everyone had something to do. The skiers were able to get to the rental location and the mountain with just a short walk. The non skiers had shops and cafes to stay occupied during the day. The condo itself was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone!

Amazing Weekend in Park City

This penthouse property right in the middle of Main Street Park City is everything you'd want for a perfect stay. The place is stunning and spacious -- exactly like the pictures show. The bedrooms are comfy and well appointed. The kitchen was fantastic, and had everything you'd need. We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect home base for our whole family. The hot tub was a great way to wind down the day. The balconies were perfect for people watching. Thank you for a great, memorable stay!

In the Heart of Convenience!

Besides being a beautiful, spacious property, it was also the most convenient ever to the activities of Main St. We could walk out our door to dine, drink and shop...no uber required! We enjoyed the Candlestick Night of the Hot Air Balloon Festival and had easy admission to Silly Sunday Farmers Market. As we had a baby, it was easy to go back to the condo to put her down for a nap. The concierge's were helpful, friendly and gracious. The condo was so well appointed and comfortable that we spent a lot of time in it. We loved sitting out on the deck, overlooking the activities on the street. Perfect for summer! We want to book it in the winter as well!

Canā€™t ask for a better place. Perfect location, beautiful and spacious inside, well decorated, etc. Quite possibly the best vacation rental Iā€™ve ever bookedā€¦ and an incredible value vs. other places out there! My only complaint - and itā€™s a stretch - is the garage. When lugging groceries or luggage, it can be a bit of a hike to get to.. especially if thereā€™s any nasty weather. Would be nice if it was connected (obviously nothing anyone can do about that, but good to know for future guests). Also, we had a suburban rental car that literally just barely fit in there. License plate was nearly touching the front wall and the garage door had only 2-4ā€ of clearance. All this being said, I would absolutely stay here again and canā€™t recommend it enough.

Great location and spacious

Overall, we had a great stay at Penthouse on Main. It was nice have a bathroom in each room and the having the bunk room for kids. The walk wasnā€™t always easy on the way back uphill with kids and equipment but, I think there is options to check equipment at town lift. Our only complaint is the King bed in the back upstairs bedroom was VERY uncomfortable. The bed was sunken in on each side but was raised at the head and feet. We ended up sleeping in the bunk room with the kids for a better night sleep which was not ideal. Lastly, we were really impressed with the Park City Rental company who managed the rental. When we came in early we left our equipment in their office and the same on our way back. It was nice to have that area to leave our stuff, use restrooms and we even used the peloton there for some stretching while we were killing time. Thank for a great stay! Weā€™d definitely stay their again (if they changed the mattress). :-)

Great property and great location!

545 Main is a gorgeous property. It is well decorated, modern, and has wonderful amenities. We visited with four adults and four teenage children. We made good use of the kitchen, entertaining area, and hot tub. This property is a short walk down the hill to the Town Lift (Park City Mountain Resort) or alternatively, you can go almost across the street to grab a bus to Deer Valley. Each mountain is very accessible from this property. We will definitely try and stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Family vacation

It was great staying in updated penthouse that was decorated fabulous. The location was perfect you were able to walk to stores, restaurants, skiing, had a hot tub with deck warmer and a out door area with a snow ball maker. Only 5 minutes away from tubing. It was a great seven days.

Perfect place to stay in Park City

I keep thinking that this was the perfect place to stay in Park City. The property was in excellent shape and had every amenity we needed. The location has easy access to everything you need. Just walk out the door and you are there. We went skiing and visited the shops, restaurants and bar scene. I would easily recommend this property to anyone visiting Park City.

Winter Ski Trip

This is a fantastic place to stay. Located towards the bottom of Main Street only 3 blocks from chair lift up to mountain. Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. Spacious main floor with beautiful kitchen, living room and windows with porch overlooking main street. Lots of room for a large groups. Very clean and well equipted. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in the middle of the entertainment that park city offers and stay in a high end condo.
