The Ostseestern apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building in Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf.

The apartment is just a few steps away from the Baltic Sea beach. From the holiday apartment you can take a leisurely walk to the Brodten cliffs in about 5 minutes. Hiking enthusiasts can also enjoy long walks all the way to Travemünde.

The beautiful Niendorf center, the pier, the indoor seawater swimming pool and a surfing school are only about 500 meters away. You can also easily reach numerous shops, cafés and restaurants on foot.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils as well as a bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine available here.

The spacious living room is modernly furnished, with a sofa, table and a dining table that can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed.
