An excellent property with everything you need.
An excellent property with everything you need.The pub up the road, which we were hoping to use for meals etc. is closed. You can use the Grange holiday site with a 10% discount on food , 15min walk away. If I had booked direct with the owners I would have saved over £200. On my week’s break.

Lovely holiday cottage, which is spacious and comfortable. It would be helpful if there could be more kitchen utensils, serving dishes and spoons, heat proof mats etc. and in particular a coffee machine-which I would expect in this standard accommodation.I would also have expected some basics such as salt and pepper in the kitchen. I appreciate it’s a new property so hopefully these things will be added soon!

Excellent house.
Excellent house. Stunning and very clean! Lots of space. Lacking slightly on cleaning products and pots (such as salad bowl etc) and so take some things with you just in case… 5 minute drive from Mablethorpe which was perfect to pop to and spend a day there! There is a shop a couple of minutes drive away along with an amusement arcade and pub within a holiday park that the public are welcome in to.. The Stables Bar and Restaurant in the village was a lovely setting but service extremely slow! Would highly recommend the Royal Oak Inn in little Cawthorpe. Fantastic pub and restaurant with excellent service! Overall a great stay!
