There are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with four bunk beds, making it ideal for large families or groups. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Two bathrooms each include a toilet, sink, and shower. Guests can also enjoy a private indoor swimming pool measuring 7.0 m by 3.6 m, with a depth of 1.6 m. For entertainment, there is a billiards table and outdoor play equipment for the children. Outside, you will find both a gas and charcoal grill, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a closed terrace for privacy. The enclosed grounds make it safe for children and pets, while multiple terraces provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. The house is equipped with electric heating, geothermal heating, and is a non-smoking property.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
