The house offers a bright living room with a stereo system and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with four bunk beds, making it ideal for large families or groups. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Two bathrooms each include a toilet, sink, and shower. Guests can also enjoy a private indoor swimming pool measuring 7.0 m by 3.6 m, with a depth of 1.6 m. For entertainment, there is a billiards table and outdoor play equipment for the children. Outside, you will find both a gas and charcoal grill, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a closed terrace for privacy. The enclosed grounds make it safe for children and pets, while multiple terraces provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. The house is equipped with electric heating, geothermal heating, and is a non-smoking property.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
