The flat also has another balcony on the northern side, with a nice view on the Eiffeil Tower!

The flat is fully equipped:

A living room with UHD TV (Netflix included) and a beautiful quality sofa made in Italy.

A spacious dining room, with a large table and a big bookcase full of interesting books in many languages.

A separate kitchen, fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, fan-assisted oven, large freezer, fridge, blender, etc.

A silent courtyard bedroom, equipped with a large and comfortable double bed, soft duvet, and big wardrobe for your clothes.

The bedroom also has a fully-equipped workspace with a sit-standing desk, ergonomic chair, bluetooth keyboard and a large hdmi screen in case you need to work during your stay.

Finally, there is a fully-equipped bathroom, with a large shower (150cm x 80cm), a towel dryer, hairdryer, straightener, big mirror, bidet shower, etc. We will provide you with bed linen and towels.

Fast wifi connection and common sports equipment (yoga mats, elastic bands, dumbbells) are also available.

The flat is located at only 2-minute walk from the cozy Rue du Commerce, the main shopping street of the 15th district, one of the most iconic districts of Paris.

There are 4 metro stations at less than 5 minutes' walk: Métro Commerce, Emile Zola, Felix Faure and Charles Michel.
The Beaugrenelle shopping mall, one of the biggest in town, as well as the traditional quays of the Seine are at less than 10 minutes walk.
