Avtandil, Thank you for your stay. Sadly these items, the sun marks on the sofa, the hinge of the dishwasher, a light which had in fact come loose and one of the blinds in the kitchen, that you mentioned weren't up to your standards and we do sincerely apologise. Every issue has been addressed or repaired as we had agreed prior to you writing this very 'accurate' review of our property. I'm glad to know at least that all the important things like bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the majority was still a high standard as usual. Its a shame that you only chose to complain and send pictures to us when we asked for your late checkout fee 3 times after you refused to communicate with us throughout your stay. We would have easily rectified these minor items in minutes had this been brought up Hopefully everyone really understands exactly the type of people we have to deal with. And maybe check out reviews on Airbnb before and after this guys trip and decide for yourself if this is fair.
