Very fresh, spacious accommodation, despite the small area. On the owner's plot with a sea view in the beautiful Norje Boke summer cottage area. With a bathrobe's distance to the sea and only a few hundred meters to the campsite's nice swimming pool with jetty and activities for the whole family. There is also a restaurant, mini life and mini golf course here. In the entrance of the house there are clothes hangers and good space for storage. Open floor plan in the family room with a kitchen area for self-cooking, a dining table to gather around and a convertible sofa to cozy up to in front of the TV. Sliding partitions delimit the bedroom area with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin is also well planned and spacious. From the living room there is a patio door out onto the terrace with a sea view. The wooden deck that is built together with the owner's house provides a nice frame on two of the sides of the house and at the entrance. There is another patio with a parasol at the front of the house for those who want to vary their sun and shade on the hottest days. At the back of the house facing the sea, there is also access to a large grass area where play and activities are possible. A short distance by car takes you to Listerlandet's fine coast with long white beaches and smaller fishing communities to visit. In several places, the day's catch from the sea can be enjoyed at one of the restaurants or bought from the fish shop for a later meal. Nature is best experienced on fine hiking trails and cycle paths in the area. Proximity to the small-town idyll of Sölvesborg with more restaurants, shopping and attractions such as the 760-metre pedestrian and bicycle bridge that takes you over Ljungaviken. With daily boat traffic from Nogersund to Hanö with its peculiar nature, a visit can be recommended.
