Dining Room :

This spacious area offers elegant seating for up to 8 people at a modern circular dining table with comfortable high back chairs. An eye-catching overhead pendant light, a feature charcoal wood slatted wall which is framed with LED lighting, and an oak-shelved alcove, also with LED lights, creates an extremely warm and atmospheric environment in which to dine.

Leading from the dining room to the first floor, an attractive oak and glass staircase has intimate low-set LED lighting, and also features an elegant charcoal wood slatted wall running alongside its lower half.

Lounge :

Elegance and relaxation are the embodiment of this large, tastefully decorated lounge area. Directly adjoining the dining room, guests are met with a serene and comfortable space in which to enjoy either day or evening leisure time.

Its original feature stone wall framed with LED lighting, beamed ceiling with spotlights and pendant light, ‘flame effect’ electric fire, feature ‘log’ door, and the warmth of a large L-shaped lounge suite and soft furnishings, all serve as stand-out features of this delightful room. For those who may wish to break the tranquillity of this wonderful space, a 43 inch Smart TV is mounted on the wall.

There’s also air conditioning in the lounge which offers year round circulation to the entire ground floor area.

Tudor Cottage even has its own hot tub set on composite decking which is framed with under-mounted LED lighting. Guests can enjoy a relaxing ‘chill and chat’ time, and if outside dining is your preference, our stone barbecue is ideal for a warm summer evening, or even a cooler autumn night.

For guest convenience, a washing machine is located in a separate outbuilding within the rear garden area.

Ideally situated in Craig-y-don, a residential suburb of Llandudno, Tudor Cottage is just an effortless 30 second walk from the nearest beach! Presenting something for people of all ages, this lovely area of Llandudno has plenty to offer its visitors.

Craig-y-don Community Park, just a short 5 minute walk from the property, presents an open park area with a large grassy space for picnics (picnic benches are available), outdoor games, or simple playtime with the dog. There’s also an enclosed recreation area with play equipment for children, and bench seating is plentiful all around the park.

Entertaining the children at the nearby Craig-y-don Outdoor Paddling Pool couldn’t be easier – it’s only a 5/6 minute walk from Tudor Cottage or a 2 minute drive. With an on-site café, picnic tables, seating and a children’s park nearby, families can look forward to a great day out.

If you’re a film or swimming enthusiast, your nearest local Cinema and Llandudno Swimming Centre is just an approximate 5 minute walk away. For something even more active, you may prefer the Craig-y-don Sports & Community Centre where there are a number of fitness, dance and sports activities to choose from, and the Llandudno Sailing Club is also just ‘on the doorstep.’
