The bathroom has a shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, sink, and toilet, ensuring comfort and functionality. Set on a natural 2,500 m² plot, this non-smoking home has electric heating and offers a covered terrace in addition to the open one, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in all weather. The location provides easy access to both the wide sandy beach at Lakolk and the Wadden Sea, where guests can collect oysters or observe the rich birdlife and fauna. Please note, the property is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
