Beautifully set Boathouse with all amenities . Very friendly and helpful hosts with the sole use of a beautiful tropical pool. Pine Avenue just a short walk away as is the powdery soft beach of AMI. Would highly recommend this very special accommodation.

Wonderful stay, perfectly appointed property!

This was our first time staying at this property, and it was outstanding. It is brand new, beautifully appointed and well- decorated, they made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our stay! The hosts were very friendly and responded very quickly to our questions! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property/great location

This is a fabulous property. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and spa like. Comfortable bedding and furniture, exceptional bathroom and amenities, super clean and well stocked kitchenette. The grounds are like an oasis. Beautifully manicured and maintained. And the bikes and beach items are high quality. We will stay here again!

Beautiful boathouse

This was property was exceptional and exactly how described online. Very well presented, with tranquil surroundings. Nicky was always available if required. The island was as stunning as ever but we did miss the piers that were wrecked in the two hurricanes last year. Work to rebuild has begun.

Perfect place.

This was the perfect place! The host did a fabulous job of making you feel welcome with lots of extras left for our use including a yummy treat and spa like feeling in master bath. The pool area was beautiful with so many different tropical plants. It was a great location to everything on the island. We will be back!

BEAUTIFUL!!

This home is absolutely amazing!! From the second you walk in you will be in love with this property. The pool area is heaven. We had so much fun just floating around in the pool! We had a lovely visit with the owner and we can't wait to return to AMI and rent this home again. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & will certainly be returning for a future trip. The hosts Nicky & Bob were fantastic, excellent communication ahead of and during the trip. The house was perfect, very clean with outstanding features (pool/deck/swings/beach gear/etc). Beautifully designed and decorated. Short walk to the beach, bay, and shops from this location. Wouldn't change a thing!

Couple’s paradise

We chose this property as it had just one bedroom and the photos looked amazing- it didn’t disappoint. It is centrally located just off Pine Avenue so has great access to the beach, pier and local shops/restaurants without needing a car or hiring a buggy. Nicky and Rob were lovely hosts, never interfering but on hand for a chat or advice. The house is exceptionally well designed and is beautiful inside and out. Everything you could wish for in a holiday rental.

Above and Beyond

If you had a thought, it would be nice if we had... there it was. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home. The unit is clean, beautiful and organized. The location was perfect. The pool and yard are full of flowers and plenty of areas to relax whether you seek sun or shade.

We had a perfect week at The Boathouse. The hosts thought of everything including a very nice welcome gift. Upon entering we knew right away this would be a memorable vacation. The place is amazing! A few standouts would be the perfectly landscaped pool area, the furnishings were straight out of a coastal living magazine, the bed was so inviting and comfortable, impeccably clean, the deck has stunning views of the canal perfect for watching manatees, lizards, fish, birds, and other wildlife not to mention the provided binoculars. We had a rainy day but stayed dry and enjoyed a charcuterie in the covered area and relaxed on the swings. The location is perfect. Nice walk to the beach with our provided beach necessities and wagon. Several Restaurants near by. Perfectly equipped kitchen for dinners in.The only complaint I have is only staying one week!!! Thank you for a magnificent vacation.

A total find!

My husband and I took our first trip to Anna Maria Island and stayed for 4 nights in paradise! This home was nothing short of spectacular. Immaculately clean, beautifully appointed and set up for total relaxation. We slept great each night in the beds and loved relaxing on the deck. On Day 2 we finally wandered down the deck stairs and discovered a beautiful oasis under the deck with swinging chairs and a beautiful view of the pool. Our biggest dilemma each day was whether to go to the beach or enjoy the yard/pool! When we arrived we parked our car and either walked or rode the bikes provided all over the island. Nicky and Bob were wonderful hosts and have truly created the perfect getaway in paradise!

Perfect Paradise

After our long 12 hour drive, we were rewarded to paradise. The VRBO unit was refreshing, clean, immaculate, and a perfect getaway. As soon as we entered, the welcoming scent drew us upstairs to an exquisite bungalow, a beautifully-decorated and romantic and private home-away-from-home. The deck overlooked a heated jacuzzi/pool at the edge of a quaint lagoon where mullets would sometimes splash out of the water and an occasional kayaker would wave. At night, the quiescent stars would peek at you. Everything was close by-eateries, shops, ice cream, beach access, bike trails, trolleys, groceries. St. Pete, Tampa Bay, fishing, more beaches than you can count! You must eat at the Waterfront and the Porch! Very safe and relaxing. I was able to read in peace. And the nicest hosts who live quietly and privately next door. Thank you for a lasting memory. We wish to return on another anniversary one day!

Absolute perfection!

This vacation was amazing! Nicky and Robert were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and responded immediately to any questions we had. The house was immaculate and no detail was overlooked! My husband and I vacationed with our 5 yr old and 3 yr old. We spent the majority of our time in the beautiful backyard! The pool is huge! (There is a gate at the top of the stairs leading to the pool as well as a gate at the bottom for anyone with small children worried about pool safety. My children could not open the gates without our help.) The house as I said was immaculate and had everything we needed! Kitchen supplies, water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything! The beds were super comfy! We were a quick walk to the beach as well as Pine Avenue with all of the neat shops and restaurants! The house is very close to Bean Point - be sure to spend an evening there to watch the sunset! One of our favorite restaurants is about a 15-20 minute drive from the house. It is called Star Fish Company, and the fried scallops are incredible! Worth the short drive! We can’t say enough good things about this house and the owners! We made wonderful memories and hope to return again!

Tropical Paradise

This home met all my expectations. Spacious. Clean. Provided many necessities (really nice touch) and greeted with a delicious surprise 😋 Pool area was a Tropical paradise. Only downsides to the home were the beds and the cooling of the bedrooms. Seriously all the beds could use replacing. We all felt like we were sleeping in shallow holes. I feel purchasing new beds would make this rental over the top! A/C freezes living area but doesn't cool bedrooms and baths *but they did have a fan for our use, and could use another one OR look into running bigger air ducts and adding "return vents" in bedrooms would help tremendously. Truly a great place but those 2 things (beds and hot rooms) could be a deal breaker for some.

The Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property! We were able to paddleboard off the dock and out to the bay in minutes, caught catfish, snapper, and snook right off the dock, enjoyed the sunsets every night, and swimming in the pool. Nicky was an amazing host and we are already planning our next stay!
