Charming and elegant beachfront villa with access to Ficarazzi beach, south of Palermo.



The villa is spread over two floors and is characterised by spacious outdoor areas: one on the street side furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue area, and one at the back of the house overlooking the sea, furnished with a dining area, sun loungers and stairs that provide direct access to the beach. The ground floor of the house features the living area, furnished with a table, chairs, sofas and TV, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single bunk beds and one with a double bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.
