There's nothing like the expansive, breathtaking views from nearly every room of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. On the deck you can hear the roar of the Deschutes River below and watch it stream through a forest of Ponderosa Pines. Whether you are seeking outdoor adventures or cozy relaxing, you'll find this to be an ideal location.

The beautiful views give you the feeling of being secluded in nature while you are also conveniently close to all the fun in and around Bend. You will have endless options for activities in the warmer months with golf, mountain biking, river-floating, hiking and kayaking nearby. The Old Mill District is a short drive (1.5 miles) where you'll find shopping, dining and nightlife. Drive a little further (2.5 miles) to downtown Bend and enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries, and shopping. If mountain sports are on your agenda, Mt. Bachelor (the fifth largest ski resort in North America) is just a 20 minute drive.

If you'd rather slow down on vacation and leave your car in park, you'll find this condo has you covered. Spend some time enjoying the view while soaking in the BRAND NEW private hot tub on the deck (seats 2 to 4 people). The Mt. Bachelor Village Resort has an outdoor kids' play structure, large heated outdoor pool (March - October) and two community hot tubs, which are open year round. Hiking and biking trails are located just off of the property. An entrance to the Deschutes river trail is just down the hill and allows you to walk up and down either side of the rushing river water.

In the condo itself you'll find all the necessities for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, including updated stainless steel appliances. A gas grill is located on the deck, along with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside, there is seated dining for four, as well as breakfast bar seating for two. The living room has a large sectional couch and gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing.

For your entertainment, you'll find a flatscreen TV, HD cable, high speed internet, Blu-ray DVD player. You can access streaming video services with your own account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video). There is also a DVD library of over 50 classic movies and plenty of board games to enjoy.

One bedroom features a KING SIZE BED and the other a queen. The living room couch includes a pull out queen size bed, with an upgraded mattress. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. All bed linens purchased new in September of 2017. The layout and size of this condo make it a perfect choice for a family to enjoy time together, but have enough space to spread out.

For your convenience there is an in unit washer and dryer, ironing board with iron, alarm clocks and hair dryers in each bathroom. For travelers with children we offer a pack 'n play, portable high chair, and small stool for little ones to reach the bathroom sink (all available upon request).
