Villa Valente is a welcoming villa situated in the heart of the Molisan countryside. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Valente you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Valente is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9.3 km (5.8 miles) from Petacciato, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 5.3 km (roughly 3.3 miles), a grocery store at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles) and the closest beach (Petacciato Marina beach) at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Villa Valente from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Valente you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Please note that access to Villa Valente is along a 500-meter (1640-foot) country road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7.5 meters (25 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a rocking chair. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a double bunk bed (two matrimonial beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
